With artificial intelligence, big data, and blockchain technologies advancing rapidly, the financial industry's digital and intelligent transformation continues to deepen. Fintech talent has become a crucial pillar supporting high-quality financial development and strengthening national financial competitiveness. Establishing a more comprehensive and distinctly Chinese talent cultivation system for finance has emerged as a key priority for financial workforce development in the new era.

To promote interdisciplinary integration in fintech, consolidate premium academic resources, and cultivate high-caliber specialized financial professionals, Renmin University of China has launched the "Excellent Global Fintech Talent Cultivation Case Collection" initiative. This program aims to highlight exemplary models, summarize replicable and scalable practices, and drive the upgrading of talent training systems across the entire philosophy and social sciences domain. The case collection is jointly organized by the School of International Finance at Renmin University (as a base for outstanding social science talent cultivation) and the Future Financial Innovation Engineering Center, with support from the Fintech Research Institute and the Fintech 50 Forum.

Rooted in national strategic priorities and focused on innovative practices in fintech talent development, the initiative welcomes case submissions from financial institutions spanning banking, securities, insurance, funds, and trusts, as well as fintech enterprises, universities, training organizations, and related entities. The goal is to systematically capture outstanding experiences in cultivating fintech professionals and provide actionable blueprints for industry-wide advancement.
