CTR Holdings Limited (1416) announced that effective February 6, 2026, Mr. Lee Tsi Fun Nicholas resigned as the company secretary, authorised representative, and agent for the service of process and notices. According to the board of directors, there is no disagreement with Mr. Lee and no matter requiring further attention from shareholders or the Stock Exchange.

Ms. Chow Yuk Yin Ivy has been appointed to assume these roles on the same date. She is the Executive Director, Corporate Services of Acclime Corporate Services Limited, has over 25 years of corporate and regulatory compliance service experience, and holds fellowships with both The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute and The Chartered Governance Institute in the United Kingdom, as well as the Hong Kong Securities and Investment Institute.

The board expressed gratitude for Mr. Lee’s contributions and extended a welcome to Ms. Chow in her new position.
