CN HEALTH T-NEW (01069) announced that all conditions under the placement agreement have been fulfilled, and the placement was completed on August 1, 2025. A total of 17 million placement shares have been allocated and issued to no fewer than six placees at a placement price of HK$0.28 per placement share in accordance with the terms and conditions of the placement agreement, representing approximately 16.52% of the company's issued share capital as enlarged by the allotment and issuance of the placement shares immediately following completion.
