On September 29, Changshu Rural Commercial Bank announced its 2026 interim profit distribution plan.

Under the plan, a cash dividend of RMB0.13 per share (including tax) will be distributed to all shareholders based on the total share capital registered on the record date for equity distribution.

Based on the bank's total ordinary share capital of 3,648,179,244 shares as of June 30, 2026, the total cash dividend amounts to RMB474 million (including tax), representing 21.77% of the net profit attributable to shareholders of the parent company for the first half of 2026.
