DATA UNION CAP (08375) announced that its indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary, New World Resources Trading – FZCO, incorporated in the Emirate of Dubai, UAE, has entered into a cooperation framework agreement with WEBX INTL HLDGS (08521)'s directly wholly-owned subsidiary, WEBX Kuangshi Limited, on February 11, 2026. The agreement establishes a strategic framework for collaboration concerning the procurement and supply of cloud computing and internet traffic services.

Under the terms of the agreement, New World Resources and WEBX Kuangshi have mutually agreed, among other items, that: (a) New World Resources shall, subject to further agreements, procure cloud computing and internet traffic services from WEBX Kuangshi on a priority basis (which may be conducted by itself or through one or more designated affiliated entities), provided the relevant terms are equal to or better than those offered by other service providers; and (b) WEBX Kuangshi shall treat New World Resources as a core strategic client and, under conditions such as sufficient resources, prioritize meeting New World Resources' computing power and internet traffic demands.

The Board of Directors believes the strategic cooperation marks a significant step for both parties and will facilitate the development of the respective businesses of the Group and WEBX INTL HLDGS by leveraging their respective strengths in the field of digital technology. In particular, the collaboration is expected to enable the Group to secure a stable supply of computing power and internet traffic services under more favorable commercial terms. This is anticipated to enhance the consistency, quality, and competitiveness of the Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions offered by the Group, while simultaneously reducing overall costs to support the long-term development of its new SaaS solutions business.
