Comba Telecom Systems Holdings announced on Nov, 05 2025 that its issued ordinary share capital rose by 2.84 million shares during the month ended Oct, 31 2025, bringing the total number of issued shares to 3.133 billion.

The additional shares were allotted upon the exercise of employee options granted under the company’s 2013 share option scheme, which has since been terminated. The exercises generated proceeds of about 5.77 million Singapore dollars.

Comba’s registered share capital remained unchanged at 5 billion shares with a par value of HK$0.10 each (equivalent to a registered capital of HK$500 million). The company held no treasury shares at month-end.

Separately, on Oct, 15 2025 Comba granted 1.56 million new share awards to employees under its 2023 share award scheme; the awards will become effective upon acceptance by the grantees.
