On 29 April 2026, China Resources Mixc Lifestyle Services Limited announced the release of its latest Annual Report and Sustainability Report.

The English and Chinese versions of the Annual Report are now available on both the company’s website (www.crmixclifestyle.com.cn) and Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s website (www.hkexnews.hk). Registered shareholders who previously elected to receive hard copies—or who request them under the current notification—will receive printed reports free of charge.

Shareholders preferring a printed copy can complete and return the enclosed change-request form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong. Postage is prepaid within Hong Kong.

The Sustainability Report is available exclusively in electronic form on the company and HKEX websites. A printed copy can be requested from Tricor via the same postal address.

Investors wishing to switch between online and printed communications for future corporate documents may indicate their preference on Part B of the change-request form.
