Easy Smart Group Holdings Limited has disclosed that Executive Director Mr. Qu Rong will step down from the board effective 12 August 2026. The departure is attributed to other personal commitments. According to the filing, Mr. Qu confirmed he has no disagreements with the board and is not aware of any matters requiring shareholder attention in relation to his resignation.

Following the change, the board structure will comprise: • Executive Directors: Dr. Tang Tian-Shen (Chairman) and Mr. Ng Wing Woon Dave. • Independent Non-Executive Directors: Mr. Lo Chi Wang, Ms. To Sau Man and Dr. Gong Bin.

The board expressed appreciation for Mr. Qu’s contributions during his tenure.
