China Youran Dairy Group Limited (Youran Dairy) announced on 30 April 2026 that a bilingual circular has been published detailing three key items: 1) a connected transaction involving the subscription of new shares under a specific mandate; 2) an application for a whitewash waiver; and 3) a notice convening an extraordinary general meeting (EGM).

The English and Chinese versions of the circular are available for download in the “Investor Relations” section of www.yourandairy.com and on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s website www.hkexnews.hk.
