BOC Hong Kong (Holdings) Limited (BOCHK) has released its 2025 Annual Report, the Circular containing the Notice of the 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM) with accompanying Proxy Form, and the 2025 Sustainability Report. These documents are available in both English and Chinese on the Investor Relations section of the company’s website (www.bochk.com) and on the Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing (HKEX) website (www.hkexnews.hk).

The 2026 AGM will be conducted as a hybrid meeting on Thursday, 25 June 2026 at 2:00 p.m. The physical venue is the Four Seasons Grand Ballroom, Level 2, Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong, 8 Finance Street, Central, Hong Kong; shareholders may also participate via an online platform.

BOCHK has adopted electronic dissemination for all corporate communications in line with Hong Kong Listing Rules, the Companies Ordinance and the company’s Articles of Association. Printed versions will be provided only upon request:

• Actionable Corporate Communications will not be sent automatically to non-registered shareholders. Investors holding shares through banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited should contact these intermediaries to receive electronic or printed copies and must supply a valid email address for electronic delivery.

• For any difficulty accessing the online documents, shareholders can request free printed copies from the share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, via email (bochk.ecom@computershare.com.hk) or post (17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong).

• Future printed communications require submission of a completed Request Form to Computershare; the election remains valid until revoked, superseded, or until BOCHK issues its next annual report.
