Honworld Group (Stock Code: 2226) has announced a new Board of Directors lineup, effective 5 November 2025. The Board comprises Executive Directors Mr. Huang Dachun (Chairman) and Mr. Li Qinghua, Non-executive Director Ms. Wang Yanping, and Independent Non-executive Directors Mr. Shen Zhenchang, Mr. Ng Wing Fai, and Mr. Sun Jiong.

According to the announcement, Ms. Wang is a member of the Audit Committee. Mr. Shen serves as a member of the Audit Committee, chairs the Remuneration Committee, and is also a member of the Nomination Committee. Mr. Ng chairs the Audit Committee and is a member of the Remuneration and Nomination Committees, while Mr. Sun is a member of both the Audit and Remuneration Committees and chairs the Nomination Committee.
