Parkson Retail Group Limited (3368) Announces Termination of Tenancy Agreement in Guiyang City

Parkson Retail Group Limited (3368) disclosed a Tenancy Termination Agreement on 31 October 2025 involving its indirect non-wholly-owned subsidiary, Guizhou Shenqi Parkson Retail Development Co., Ltd. The agreement terminates the original tenancy arrangement for premises located in Guiyang City, Guizhou Province, with effect from 30 November 2025.

Under IFRS 16, derecognition of the right-of-use asset, valued at approximately RMB51.2 million, qualifies as a disposal transaction. Since the applicable percentage ratios are below 5%, it does not constitute a notifiable transaction or connected transaction under the Hong Kong Listing Rules.

The original tenancy, dated 29 March 2024, had not commenced due to renovation work delays. The company stated that termination will not materially affect its financial position or operations.
