INTRON TECH (01760) announced that on August 22, 2025, the Company (as borrower) and its directly wholly-owned subsidiary INTRON TECH (China) Limited (as guarantor) entered into a financing agreement with a syndicate comprising Hang Seng Bank Limited (as agent bank, mandated lead arranger and bookrunner) and other lenders (collectively the "Lenders"). Under the terms and conditions of the financing agreement, the Company will obtain a syndicated loan with a principal amount of USD 90 million, with a flexibility option to increase the principal amount to a total of no more than USD 120 million. The final repayment date of the financing is 36 months from the first drawdown date. The purpose of the financing is to fully refinance the existing syndicated loan disclosed in the Company's announcement dated February 14, 2023, before its maturity in March 2026 or earlier, and to provide funding for the Group's general working capital requirements.
