Sino-Ocean Group Holding Limited announced on 29 April 2026 that both the English and Chinese versions of its 2025 Annual Report and 2025 Sustainability Report have been published online. Stakeholders can access the documents via the “Investor Relations” section of the company’s website (www.sinooceangroup.com) or through the HKEX news portal (www.hkexnews.hk).

Non-registered shareholders who previously opted for hard copies will receive printed versions in their chosen language. Others may request physical copies by completing and returning the enclosed reply form to the company’s share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, or by emailing sinooceangroup.ecom@computershare.com.hk.

Until a valid email address is provided through intermediaries, non-registered holders will not receive electronic notifications and must proactively review the company and HKEX websites for future corporate communications.
