Following Mr. Huang Guoxin's resignation, the company's current company secretary Ms. Li Xinpei will continue to serve as company secretary, and Ms. Li Xinpei has been appointed as authorized representative and process agent, effective August 20, 2025. After the changes, the authorized representatives are Mr. Zhang Junshen and Ms. Li Xinpei.
