CORNERSTONE TEC (08391) announced that on November 25, 2025, the company entered into a Strategic Cooperation Agreement with Tellus Power Globe Holding Limited (Tellus). Under the agreement, CORNERSTONE TEC plans to expand its charging network in Hong Kong, Thailand, and other target regions.

As part of the business plan, the two parties established a non-exclusive preferred supplier relationship. Beyond hardware supply, they agreed to collaborate on future bidding projects in Hong Kong and Southeast Asia. Under this partnership, CORNERSTONE TEC will oversee operational platforms, customer management, and local compliance, while Tellus will provide hardware equipment, diagnostic platforms, and technical support.

The cooperation also extends to advanced technology and capital markets. Both parties will jointly explore vehicle-to-grid (V2G) technology applications and the tokenization of real-world assets (RWA), particularly focusing on integrating energy-linked tokenization with CORNERSTONE TEC’s platform.

This collaboration enables the group to secure stable hardware supply for network expansion and accelerate the adoption of advanced energy technologies in Hong Kong and Southeast Asian markets.
