ROISERV (02146) announced that Mr. Wu Qiuyun has been appointed as an Executive Director, effective upon the conclusion of the extraordinary general meeting. Following his appointment as Executive Director at the extraordinary general meeting, Mr. Wu has also been appointed as the Chairman, Chairman of the Nomination Committee, and a member of the Remuneration Committee, also effective upon the conclusion of the extraordinary general meeting.
