On 11 May 2026, CIFI Holdings (Group) Co. Ltd. released unaudited operating data for April 2026, highlighting continued sales activity despite a challenging property market backdrop.

In April, the Group achieved contracted sales of RMB670 million, supported by 68,600 sq.m. of gross floor area (GFA). The contracted average selling price stood at RMB11,200 per sq.m., while sales attributable to the equity owners amounted to RMB340 million, representing roughly 50.7% of the month’s total contracted sales.

Cumulative performance for the first four months of 2026 showed aggregated contracted sales of RMB3.08 billion on 301,400 sq.m. of GFA, translating into a year-to-date average selling price of RMB11,300 per sq.m. Attributable contracted sales reached RMB1.64 billion, or about 53.3% of the Group’s total over the period.
