Zhao Mingjing has resigned as one of the joint company secretaries of HAOHAI BIOTEC (06826), as well as the authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rules and the legal process agent for accepting service of legal documents in Hong Kong under Rule 19A.13(2) and the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of Hong Kong Law), effective December 12, 2025. Following Mr. Zhao's resignation, the board announced the appointment of Ms. Li Yingtong, who meets the professional qualifications under Rule 3.28 of the Listing Rules, as joint company secretary, authorized representative, and legal process agent, effective December 12, 2025. Ms. Tian Min will continue to serve as the other joint company secretary.
