SEAZEN (01030) has announced that its subsidiary, New Metro Global Limited, is proposing an international offering of U.S. dollar-denominated guaranteed senior notes. A series of presentations will be conducted for institutional investors. The pricing of the notes, including the total principal amount, issue price, and interest rate, will be determined through a bookbuilding process by Citigroup Global Markets Limited and Haitong International Securities Co., Ltd. (listed alphabetically), acting as joint global coordinators, joint bookrunners, and joint lead managers for the proposed notes issuance. Upon finalization of the note terms, the issuer, the company, and the initial purchasers named therein are expected to enter into a purchase agreement. The issuer and the company intend to use the net proceeds from the proposed notes issuance to fund a concurrent tender offer for 2026 notes, refinance existing debt, and for general corporate purposes.
