CapitaLand China Trust Management Limited, the manager of CapitaLand China Trust, announced the appointment of Mr Liu Sing Cheong as a member of its Audit and Risk Committee, effective Feb, 5 2026.

Following the change, the trust’s board remains at nine directors, of whom six are non-executive and independent. The Audit and Risk Committee now consists of Chairman Mr Chua Keng Kim, Professor Ong Seow Eng, Ms Tay Hwee Pio, Ms Wan Mei Kit and Mr Liu Sing Cheong.

The compositions of the Nominating and Remuneration Committee and the Executive Committee are unchanged.
