BrainAurora Medical Technology Limited (Stock Code: 6681) has announced the completion of a placing of existing shares and a top-up subscription of new shares under its general mandate. A total of 92,000,000 placing shares were placed at HK$5.6 each to not fewer than six placees on 27 January 2026. Subsequently, 92,000,000 top-up subscription shares were allotted and issued to the seller at the same price on 5 February 2026.

The aggregate net proceeds amounted to approximately HK$500.68 million. Following the transaction, total issued shares of the company increased from 1,266,278,000 to 1,358,278,000. The net proceeds are intended to support research and development, expand domestic and global markets, pursue strategic investments and acquisitions, and supplement general working capital.
