CT IND GROUP (08111) announced that on February 5, 2026, its wholly-owned subsidiary Hebei Fengchuang entered into an agreement with Yiruyuan. Under the contract, Hebei Fengchuang, acting as the supplier, will procure wind turbine generators, towers, anchor bolts, and related equipment for Yiruyuan. The equipment will be used to construct a 50-megawatt wind power system in Huanghua City, Cangzhou, China. In addition to procurement services, Hebei Fengchuang will provide supporting services, including: (i) technical consulting services related to wind power system engineering design, such as project site selection, feasibility studies, equipment selection, personnel training, and technical coordination and guidance; and (ii) assistance to Yiruyuan in the engineering design, trial operation, and management of the equipment covered under the contract. All wind turbine generators, towers, anchor bolts, and related equipment are expected to be delivered by June 2026.
