Shougang C-New (00103) announced that the following changes will take effect from January 1, 2026: Ms. Chen Na will be appointed as an executive director of the company; Mr. Wang Jiaqiong will be appointed as an independent non-executive director of the company, as well as a member of the audit committee, nomination committee, and remuneration committee; and Mr. Zhang Dan will resign from his position as an executive director of the company.
