ELL ENV (01395) announced that the Group expects to achieve an after-tax profit of not less than HK$11 million for the first half of 2025, compared to an after-tax loss of approximately HK$10.1 million for the six months ended June 30, 2024. The Board believes that the after-tax profit achieved in the first half of 2025 is mainly attributable to increased business income from the Company's subsidiaries compared to the same period in 2024, namely revenue from the following sources: the sewage treatment facility expansion project of Rugao Hengfa Sewage Treatment Co., Ltd. (which commenced construction in November 2024); information technology services provided by PT Rimba Palma Sejahtera Lestari, particularly the biomass power supply business of PT Sentosa Jaya Purnama, which began full production at the end of July 2024.
