The board—led by Chairman Xiao Shuxin—strongly encourages shareholders to review these materials online to facilitate faster access and reduce paper consumption. Registered shareholders who encounter difficulties accessing the electronic documents, or who prefer hard copies, can obtain them free of charge by completing and returning the enclosed Reply Form to the company’s Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, using the prepaid mailing label, or by emailing 661-ecom@vistra.com.
