The gross profit margin was 65.9%, aligning with the bank's expectations. The adjusted net profit reached 780 million yuan, exceeding the bank's and market forecasts by 3.5% and 3.3% respectively. The bank anticipates the market will focus on the company's demand outlook, industry competition, profit margin trends, and updates on new business initiatives. UBS set a target price of HK$26.5 for TONGCHENGTRAVEL with a "Buy" rating.
