Beisen Holding Limited disclosed on 20 August 2026 that it bought back 300,000 ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange the same day. The on-market transactions were executed at prices ranging from HK$3.08 to HK$3.19 per share, for a total consideration of HK$0.94 million.

Following the repurchase, the company’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) fell by 0.0414 % to 724.45 million shares, while shares held in treasury increased to 13.33 million. Total issued shares remained unchanged at 737.78 million because the repurchased shares are being held as treasury stock rather than cancelled.

The buyback was carried out under the mandate approved on 18 September 2025, which authorises Beisen Holding to repurchase up to 70.12 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now stand at 18.09 million shares, representing 2.58 % of the company’s issued shares at the mandate date.

Under Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules, Beisen Holding is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 19 September 2026.
