China Everbright Environment Group Limited (EB Environment) confirmed on 16 September 2026 that the Chinese and English versions of its 2026 Interim Report are now available on the company’s website (www.cebenvironment.com) and on HKEX’s news portal (www.hkexnews.hk).

The notice, addressed to non-registered shareholders whose holdings are maintained through CCASS, outlines the procedure for obtaining hard copies. Shareholders preferring printed materials must complete the accompanying request form and return it to the share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, either:

• By post or by hand to 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong; or • By email to 257-ecom@vistra.com.

Postage is waived for mail posted within Hong Kong when the pre-printed mailing label is used; senders outside Hong Kong must affix appropriate postage.

Once a shareholder opts for printed communications, that preference will apply to all future corporate communications until the shareholder instructs otherwise or disposes of all holdings.
