Engaging in face-to-face exchanges with local merchants and influencers, they closely observed frontline operational realities and genuine needs.

For product and R&D employees who typically focus on backend operations, this experience provided a fresh perspective. In the agricultural assistance live streaming scenario, participants entered live streaming rooms to inspect setups, acted as hosts to promote agricultural products, and personally experienced the traffic logic and user conversion patterns behind promoting agricultural products online. They visited specialty agricultural product stores, exchanged product selection insights with hosts, and gained practical understanding of the real ecosystem of online agricultural product transactions. In the pet e-commerce scenario, they visited the actual operational sites of industry hubs to understand the full industry chain. By directly participating in live streaming and short video production, they listened to real feedback from practitioners during the process.

In the influencer operations scenario, party member backbones from product, operations, and algorithm positions conducted on-site "consultations." Focusing on the cold-start traffic bottleneck encountered during the transition from explosive product live streams to regular live streams, they collectively explored comprehensive solutions involving "short video persona cultivation + precise traffic assistance for volume growth." They also personally experienced the entire process of e-commerce service agencies building connections with influencers, deeply appreciating the hard-won trust built between the platform, practitioners, and users.

In the cultural tourism live streaming scenario, the official Kuaishou platform account "Kuaishou Administrator" collaborated with local key opinion leaders to appear live at a pet festival event. The Kuaishou Party Committee led the research team in holding a thematic meeting with principal leaders and business backbones of local e-commerce enterprises. Combining field experiences, party member employees offered suggestions on influencer growth, merchant operations, and agency development, while meticulously collecting practitioners' opinions and suggestions on platform product features and operational services. These were registered and documented one by one for follow-up, with steady progress to be made on product iteration and upgrades, practically implementing Kuaishou's "user-first" development philosophy.

The research team traveled from Anshan to Shenyang to visit the "September 18th" History Museum for study.
