KING FOOK HOLD (00280) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, King Fook Jewelry Group Limited, signed an agreement on December 15, 2025, to purchase diamond jewelry from Mana Jewelry Limited under a cost-plus pricing arrangement. The agreement, effective until September 14, 2026, carries an annual transaction cap of HK$20 million.

Mana Jewelry is wholly owned by Mr. Sin and his mother. Mr. Sin serves as a non-executive director of KING FOOK HOLD. To meet market demand, the group has decided to expand its diamond jewelry product line and source additional suppliers. After evaluating multiple vendors, the group identified Mana Jewelry's product quality and designs as meeting its requirements.

Initial purchases began on September 15, 2025, totaling HK$433,700. Satisfied with the first transaction, the group subsequently placed additional orders worth HK$934,000. The agreement formalizes ongoing procurement to fulfill partial inventory needs during normal business operations.
