Public Financial Holdings Limited has announced that its Interim Report 2026, in both English and Chinese, is now accessible in the “Investor Relations” section of the company website (www.publicfinancial.com.hk) and on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange website (www.hkexnews.hk).

Registered shareholders who previously opted for printed copies will receive the report by post along with a Change Request Form. Shareholders may:

• Provide a functional email address to receive electronic notifications and all future actionable corporate communications in digital form, with at least seven days’ written notice to Tricor Investor Services Limited, the Hong Kong branch share registrar.

• Request printed copies of the current or future corporate communications at no cost; such requests remain valid until 31 December 2027 unless revoked or superseded.

If no email address is supplied, or if an address is non-functional, the company will continue to send (i) hard-copy notices of online availability and (ii) all future actionable corporate communications in printed form.

Shareholders can change their preferred mode and language of delivery at any time by returning the Change Request Form or contacting the registrar via post or email (is-ecom@vistra.com).
