CIFI HOLD GP (00884) announced that in August 2025, the group achieved (i) contract sales (including contract sales from joint ventures and associated companies) of approximately RMB 960 million with contract sales area of approximately 78,400 square meters, (ii) average contract sales price of approximately RMB 12,100 per square meter, and (iii) contract sales attributable to company shareholders of approximately RMB 480 million.

For the period from January to August 2025, the group achieved (i) cumulative contract sales (including contract sales from joint ventures and associated companies) of approximately RMB 12.16 billion with contract sales area of approximately 1.159 million square meters, (ii) average contract sales price of approximately RMB 10,900 per square meter, and (iii) contract sales attributable to company shareholders of approximately RMB 6.35 billion.
