China Literature Reminds Shareholders of Full Shift to Electronic Corporate Communications

Bulletin Express
04/23

China Literature Limited issued a 23 April 2026 reminder that it has fully adopted electronic dissemination for all future corporate communications. Materials—including directors’ reports, annual and interim results, meeting notices, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms—will be posted in English and Chinese on the company’s investor-relations site (http://ir.yuewen.com) and on HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk) in place of printed copies.

To ensure timely notification, registered shareholders are asked to provide a functional email address by scanning the personalised QR code on the accompanying reply form or by returning the form to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited.

Shareholders who do not supply an email address will: 1) not receive electronic alerts when new communications are published, and 2) need to check the company and HKEXnews websites proactively.

Actionable Corporate Communications—documents requiring shareholder instructions—will continue to be sent in printed form in accordance with Listing Rules.

Holders preferring hard copies of general communications may request printed versions for a one-year period by returning the reply form or emailing yuewen.ecom@computershare.com.hk with their name and address.

Enquiries can be directed to Computershare at +852 2862 8688 during business hours. The reminder was authorised by Chairman and Non-executive Director Mr Pu Hai Tao.
