TSH Resources Berhad (TSH) said it bought back 540,000 ordinary shares on Bursa Malaysia Securities between Jun, 30 2026 and Jul, 03 2026.

The shares were repurchased at prices ranging from MYR1.150 to MYR1.170 each, for a total consideration of about MYR629,395.67, according to the company’s notice filed on Jul, 06 2026.

All of the acquired shares were retained as treasury stock, lifting the firm’s total treasury shares to 40,927,900.
