This compares to a profit for the year and profit attributable to company owners of approximately S$3.2 million for the 2024 fiscal year.

Based on currently available information, the anticipated increase in annual profit is primarily attributable to the following factors: (i) increased demand from the semiconductor industry supply chain for the Group's precision machining and precision welding products and services, leading to higher revenue and gross profit; (ii) the absence of listing expenses during the period; and (iii) a revaluation gain resulting from the reclassification of an associate company as an investment measured at fair value through other comprehensive income during the 2025 fiscal year.
