E-STAR CM Publishes FY2025 ESG Report: 582.90 Million RMB Revenue, GHG Emissions 100,649.70 tCO₂e, 100% LED Coverage Achieved

E-Star Commercial Management Company Limited (E-STAR CM) released its Environmental, Social and Governance Report for the year ended 31 December 2025, detailing operational scale, environmental performance, governance initiatives and social metrics.

Revenue and Portfolio • FY2025 revenue reached RMB 582.90 million, supported by 52 contracted properties with a total contracted GFA of 2.50 million m². • The Group operated 27 projects covering 1.60 million m²; 75.9% of revenue was generated in the Greater Bay Area, principally Shenzhen.

Environmental Performance • Total greenhouse-gas emissions stood at 100,649.70 tCO₂e (Scope 1: 502.06 tCO₂e; Scope 2: 100,147.64 tCO₂e), equal to 0.17 tCO₂e per thousand RMB revenue. • Energy use totalled 189,143.46 MWh, of which purchased electricity accounted for 186,633.69 MWh; petrol consumption fell to zero after all company vehicles were retired. • The Group generated 25,009.57 tonnes of non-hazardous waste, including 10,918.14 tonnes of food waste and 14,074.51 tonnes of office waste. Hazardous waste was limited to 1,117.41 tonnes, mainly grease-trap residue. • Water consumption reached 1.92 million m³ (3.29 m³ per thousand RMB revenue). • All operating malls now employ LED lighting, and pilot rooftop solar systems at two projects produced 1.24 million kWh during the year.

Climate Strategy • Climate-risk assessments cover acute events (typhoons, floods) and chronic risks (heat, sea-level rise). • A “Shopping Mall Daily Energy Consumption Control Platform” enables real-time monitoring, contributing to a 1.42 million kWh reduction in central-air-conditioning power use and detection of c.1,800 tonnes of concealed water leakage.

Workforce and Safety • Headcount totalled 874, with women representing 36.61% of employees; 93.82% are frontline staff. • Staff turnover was 25.93%. • The Group delivered 9,293.5 training hours across 1,190 attendances; average training time reached 42.00 hours for senior management and 5.90 hours for frontline personnel. • No work-related fatalities or serious injuries occurred and zero days were lost to occupational injury.

Governance and Compliance • No cases of bribery, extortion, fraud or money-laundering were recorded; integrity training reached 100% of new hires. • 252 mainland trademarks, 15 Hong Kong trademarks and five domain names protect intellectual-property assets.

Customer & Digital Initiatives • Complaint resolution rate remained at 100%; no major product-service disputes or recalls were reported. • Digital transformation advanced through full deployment of the Feishu collaboration platform, the “Star Butler” merchant portal and expanded cooperation with Meituan to integrate online traffic with COCO Club’s membership ecosystem.

Community Investment • Public-welfare spending totalled RMB 0.86 million, involving 1,403 employee participants over 176 hours in programmes ranging from stray-animal adoption to environmental education.

Outlook The Board confirmed that 2025 ESG targets have been achieved and will refine existing initiatives while expanding nationwide, maintaining the philosophy of “building prosperous cities with business acumen.”
