Pan Asia Data Holdings Inc. has scheduled a board meeting for 31 August 2026 to approve the consolidated interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2026. The agenda also includes consideration of an interim dividend declaration.

According to the announcement dated 17 August 2026, the meeting will be attended by the full Board, which comprises Executive Directors Gu Zhongli (Chairman), Li Yunjiu and Jin Peiyi; Non-Executive Director Sze Siu Ming; and Independent Non-Executive Directors Yung Hoi Yan, JP, So Ching Tung, JP and Mak Tin Sang.
