LUZHU BIOTECH-B (02480) has announced that Ms. Yuan Yingxin has resigned from her positions as the company's Joint Company Secretary, Authorized Representative under Rule 3.05 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange's Listing Rules, authorized representative in Hong Kong under Part 16 of the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622), and Authorized Person for receiving legal documents and notices in Hong Kong under Listing Rule 19A.13(2). Her resignation will take effect on March 18, 2026.

Following Ms. Yuan's resignation, the Board of Directors has announced the appointment of Ms. Lai Ho Yan as the company's Joint Company Secretary, Authorized Representative, and Authorized Person for legal documents, effective March 18, 2026. Mr. Liu Siyu will continue to serve as the other Joint Company Secretary.
