Luzhou Bank Co., Ltd. announced a reminder that the institution has adopted electronic dissemination for all future corporate communications, including directors’ reports, annual and interim reports, meeting notices, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms.
Both English and Chinese versions of forthcoming documents will be posted on the Bank’s website (www.lzccb.cn) and on HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk) in place of printed copies.
Registered shareholders who have not yet provided a functional email address are requested to do so by scanning the personalised QR code on the enclosed reply form or by submitting the form to the H-share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited. Until a valid email address is registered, the Bank will continue to dispatch actionable corporate communications in printed form.
Shareholders preferring hard copies may opt in by completing the reply form or emailing luzhoubank.ecom@computershare.com.hk with their name and postal address. This print-copy instruction remains effective for one year from the date of receipt.
Enquiries can be directed to the H-share registrar on (852) 2862 8688 during business hours, Monday to Friday (excluding Hong Kong public holidays). The Bank reiterates that it is not an authorised institution under Hong Kong’s Banking Ordinance (Cap. 155) and is therefore not supervised by the Hong Kong Monetary Authority.
The reminder follows an initial notification issued on 4 March 2024 and is dated 30 March 2026. YOU Jiang, Chairman, signed the letter on behalf of the Board.
