Easedon Holdings Limited announced that its issued share capital remained unchanged at 453.402 million ordinary shares for the month ended Jul, 31 2026.

The company confirmed it met the minimum 25% public float requirement under listing rules.

No shares were issued or transferred from treasury stock during the month. Under its 2022 Performance Share Plan, a maximum of 41.034 million shares could still be issued in the future, but none were allotted in July.
