China Ting Group Holdings Limited reported that its authorised and issued share capital remained unchanged for the month ended 30 June 2026, according to the company’s monthly return filed with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 3 July 2026.
At month-end, authorised share capital stood at 10.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.10 each, equivalent to HKD 1.00 billion. Issued shares (excluding treasury shares) totalled 2.10 billion, identical to the preceding month. No treasury shares were held or cancelled during the period, and there were no movements arising from share options, warrants, convertibles or other equity-linked instruments.
China Ting confirmed compliance with the Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement, indicating at least 25% of its issued shares remain in public hands.
The filing was signed by Company Secretary Cheng Ho Lung, Raymond, who certified that all regulatory obligations related to any past securities issuance or transfers have been duly satisfied.
