Jiangsu Expressway Company Limited has scheduled its 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM) for 15 June 2026. To determine shareholder eligibility for attendance and voting, the transfer registration of H shares will be suspended from 26 May 2026 through 15 June 2026 (both dates inclusive). Holders intending to participate must lodge share transfer documents with Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited by 4:30 p.m. on 22 May 2026.

For the final dividend related to the fiscal year ended 31 December 2025, the H-share transfer books will be closed from 19 June 2026 to 24 June 2026 (both dates inclusive), with 24 June 2026 designated as the dividend record date. Shareholders must complete relevant transfer procedures with the registrar by 4:30 p.m. on 18 June 2026 to qualify for the distribution. Subject to shareholder approval at the AGM, the proposed dividend is scheduled for payment on 13 July 2026.

The announcement was authorized by Executive Director Wang Feng on 29 April 2026. As of that date, the board comprises two executive directors, five non-executive directors, and six independent non-executive directors.
