ZHONGAN SERVICE (02271) has announced its interim results for the six months ended June 30, 2026. The group recorded revenue of RMB 238 million, representing a year-on-year increase of 10.9%, while gross profit reached RMB 60.971 million, down 6.9% compared to the same period last year.

Profit attributable to shareholders of the parent company stood at RMB 8.85 million, reflecting a decrease of 22.5% year-on-year. Earnings per share were RMB 1.66 cents during the reporting period.

Revenue from property management services amounted to approximately RMB 183 million for the period, representing a decrease of about 2.0% compared with approximately RMB 187 million in the interim period of 2025. As of June 30, 2026, the group's total gross floor area under management was approximately 19.1 million square meters, a reduction of approximately 1.6 million square meters from approximately 20.7 million square meters in the interim period of 2025, reflecting a decline rate of 7.9%.

This reduction is primarily attributable to the company's proactive efforts to optimize its business structure and enhance operational quality, including the strategic exit from certain underperforming projects and the reallocation of resources toward advantageous regions and high-quality assets. A substantial portion of the company's property management service revenue is derived from services provided to properties developed by the remaining group. As of June 30, 2026, the company managed 64 property projects developed by the remaining group, with a total gross floor area under management of approximately 10.2 million square meters.
