Hengdeli Holdings (3389) has appointed its independent non-executive director, Ms. Qian Weiqing, as a member of the Nomination Committee effective 27 February 2026. The committee now comprises four members: Mr. Cheung Wing Lun Tony (chairman), Mr. Cai Jianmin, Mr. Liu Xueling, and Ms. Qian.
