GUOFUHEE (02582) has announced that on March 4, 2026, the company, along with BTE and Hylium, entered into a tripartite supply and cooperation agreement. Under this agreement, the parties will collaborate on a 10-megawatt data center power generation demonstration project in the North American market. GUOFUHEE will be responsible for the design, manufacturing, and supply of natural gas reforming hydrogen production system kits, as well as providing related technical services for the demonstration project. Hylium and BTE will be responsible for customer delivery engineering systems and power generation systems, respectively. The supply agreement and demonstration project not only mark a significant step in the company's strategy to expand overseas markets and deepen the multi-scenario application of hydrogen energy but will also enhance its international competitiveness and brand influence.
