On August 10, the Yunnan Zhaotong City Energy Bureau released several competitive negotiation announcements seeking investment entities for four solar power projects in Qiaojia County. These projects are the Lufang, Huashan, Baimachang, and Maozu photovoltaic power generation facilities.

The Lufang solar project involves investing in and constructing a 50-megawatt photovoltaic power station along with related supporting works. The funding for the project will be entirely self-raised by the investors, with a 100% capital contribution ratio. The project is expected to meet the conditions for commissioning within six months of the start of construction and must achieve full-capacity grid connection within one year of the commencement date.

The Huashan solar project also entails building a 50-megawatt photovoltaic power station and its ancillary facilities. Like the Lufang project, funding is sourced entirely from the investors' own funds. The same timeline applies: a six-month window for commissioning readiness and a one-year deadline for full-capacity grid connection from the start of construction.

For the Baimachang solar project, the planned capacity is 90 megawatts, with construction of the power station and related works. Investors are required to provide 100% of the financing. The project timeline mirrors the previous two, with a six-month target for commissioning and a one-year deadline for full-capacity grid connection.

The Maozu solar project is the largest, with a planned capacity of 110 megawatts, including the power station and supporting works. The funding is entirely self-financed by the investor. The completion timeline differs slightly, with the project expected to be ready for commissioning within eight months of construction start and must achieve full-capacity grid connection within one year.
