Chongqing Rural Commercial Bank Co., Ltd. (“CQRC Bank”) released its 2025 Annual Report on 15 April 2026. The full English and Chinese versions are now available on both the HKEXnews website (www.hkexnews.hk) and the Bank’s corporate site (www.cqrcb.com).

To streamline investor relations, CQRC Bank reiterated its shift to electronic dissemination for all future corporate communications, covering annual and interim reports, meeting notices, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms. Printed copies will no longer be sent automatically.

Shareholders who previously elected to receive hard copies should have received the printed Annual Report in their chosen language. Others may request a free printed version by emailing ChongqingRural.ecom@computershare.com.hk or writing to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong.

Non-registered shareholders are advised to provide a functional email address to their respective banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited to ensure timely receipt of future electronic notices. CQRC Bank noted that no valid email information has yet been received from these intermediaries.

Investors preferring hard copies can return the enclosed reply form to Computershare. The instruction—specifying language preference—will remain valid for one year unless revoked or superseded.

The Bank also reminded stakeholders that, while licensed in the PRC, it is not an authorised institution under Hong Kong’s Banking Ordinance and therefore is not supervised by the Hong Kong Monetary Authority.
