Geo Energy Resources Limited announced on Oct, 24 2025 that it has transferred 96,000 treasury shares to satisfy the exercise of employee share options granted under the Geo Energy Share Option Scheme.

Following the transaction, the company’s treasury‐share holding fell to 2,056,467 shares from 2,152,467, reducing its treasury‐share stake from 0.150% to 0.144% of total outstanding shares.

The shares transferred have an aggregate value of about 0.03 million Singapore dollars.
