MOST KWAI CHUNG (01716) has announced the resignation of several directors, effective May 5, 2026. Yiu Ka Ho has resigned from his positions as Executive Director, Authorized Representative under the Hong Kong Listing Rules, and Authorized Representative for legal documents under the Companies Ordinance. Luk Ka Chuen has stepped down as Executive Director and Authorized Representative. Leung Hoi Yui has resigned as Executive Director and member of the Nomination Committee. Leung Ting Yuk has resigned as Independent Non-executive Director, Chairman of the Remuneration Committee, Chairman of the Nomination Committee, and member of the Audit Committee. Ho Kwong Yu has resigned as Independent Non-executive Director, Chairman of the Audit Committee, and member of both the Nomination and Remuneration Committees.

The company also announced the appointment of new directors, effective May 5, 2026. Cheng Taohong has been appointed as Executive Director and Authorized Representative. Dr. Yuan Yuan has been appointed as Independent Non-executive Director, Chairman of the Audit Committee, and member of both the Nomination and Remuneration Committees. Yuan Fan has been appointed as Independent Non-executive Director, Chairman of the Remuneration Committee, Chairman of the Nomination Committee, and member of the Audit Committee.

Additionally, the Board announced that the current Company Secretary, Law Tai On, will be appointed as the company's Authorized Representative and Authorized Representative for legal documents.
